Grinding Wheel Dressing Machine

We are offering a range of Grinding Wheel Dressing Machine that is designed to shape grinding wheels automatically. Having the ability to dress wheels offline increases the efficiency and minimizes downtime. Having wheels ready for change-over allows the grinder to be used only for its intended purpose of making parts. We offer both a CNC and manual version and both are compact and efficient. The machines are designed to be simple to operate yet accurate. The solid cast iron base helps provide rigid, vibration-free wheel forming.

Conveniently located controls are intended to provide speed and efficiency when dressing wheels. Options include computer controlled 2-axis slide for camera positioning, an automated version with PLC and servo control for truing wheel and pivot axes, a dust collection system and quick-change spindle adapters for most CNC and manual grinders.
